Together with those we support, we develop and customize person-centered plans to help young adults/adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) set and achieve goals toward greater independence.

Community Integration Instructors provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by teaching skills that empower them to live as independently as possible. Teaching areas may include residential skills, continuing education classes, and supported employment.

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Personal vehicle, current driver’s license, and current insurance
• 1-2 years education and/or experience with individuals with I/DD preferred
